Event date- November 3 & 4

PRELIMINARY GUIDELINES

Application: You have until October 3rd to sign up, but slots are limited and placement of table/area placement will be based on the order of approved application and paid fees.

Fee: The vendor fee is $250 per Vendor space without us providing a table (no larger than 4ft).  $285 per Vendor space if we provide a table.  Space is limited and area of setup is based on order of approved application and paid fees.

Payment: Payment for Vendor space must be received no later than October 10th, 2023.  Once we receive your application, an invoice is sent shortly after and left open until October 10, 2023.  If Vendor Slots are filled up before your payment is made, your application will be null and void and invoice will be cancelled.

Table setup: Set up begins at 6pm (not before) and must be completed by 7:15p.m  (no later).  Vendors will not be permitted to begin set up after 6:45pm.

*We will be selling Early Entry Tickets, which allows the guest to come at 7p. This is an opportunity to provide service and products before the crowd comes and allows you more personal time with potential clients.

Vendor Categories

*All Products should be Erotic Related or fit in with the scope of the Erotic Art Show in some way. If you have questions about whether your product/service fits, in, please reach out to Velvet Lenae at info@velvetlenae.com

Handcraft vendors: Products must be handmade or have undergone a “transformation act” (to undergo a change in form, appearance or character, become transformed). No reselling of good that have not been transformed in a meaningful way. Vendors may sell only items which have been produced by themselves or their employees. No direct sales, resale, or consignment will be allowed.

Service providers: Includes those who provide services such as massage, chiropractic evaluations, hair, makeup, etc. Service Provider Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first come, first serve basis, dependent upon approval of the vendor application.

Products/Products and Services: All other products and services are reviewed upon receipt of application.

Food Vendors: Food Vendors are welcomed, however it can only be small bites or snacks, such as cookies/other baked goods, homemade candy, mock/non-alcoholic drinks, etc. We recommend you provide food that is unique and visually appealing.

Application Process

  1. Submit the application.
  2. All Vendor applications will be reviewed and an email response will soon follow.
  3. All Vendors will receive a notification confirming receipt of application and status of approval, wait-listed or declined.
  4. Payment options include Debit or Credit through PayPal Invoice or Cash if we meet up.  Vendors will not be allowed to set up if payment is not received prior to October 10, 2023.
  5. Vendors are approved based on product diversity, quality of the product and space availability.

General event rules

  1. Vendors are allowed to begin selling before the event, but no earlier than 6pm and must stop when the event ends at 12am.  Vendors will have to close down space immediately and finish, no later than 1am.
  2. Vendors are responsible for removing all waste, rubbish, recyclables, or trash that they generate during the course of vending.
  3. Vendors will furnish their own equipment necessary for their participation.
  4. No space heaters allowed.
  5. No smoking allowed.
  6. Electricity is available on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors who need to have electricity to legally operate their businesses need to provide an extension cord, and mats to cover any of the cord that lies in certain areas.
  7. Late arrival participation will be contingent upon available space. 

Vendors who fail to abide by the rules and requests of host may be subject to expulsion from the event and future events.

These guidelines may be subject to change. Notice will be given if significant changes are made.
